New Programme Officer at WAMP

Mr Baba Ceesay joined WAMP in February 2007 as Programme Officer.
Mr Ceesay is on secondment from the National Centre for Arts and Culture, The Gambia, where he served as head of Museums and Monuments for more than a decade.

With a background in Museum Studies and Monuments and Sites Conservation, and extensive experience in managing cultural heritage projects, Mr Ceesay joins the WAMP team with renewed enthusiasm and is poised to make his contributions felt.

He will particularly foster WAMP's collaboration with regional and international institutions that share similar objectives and visions about the African cultural heritage.
